1. Who We Are
Texas RV Park (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Texas RV Park and located at 12050 TX-198, Mabank, TX 75156. This policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information when you visit https://texasrvparkpaynesprings.com, book a stay, call or text us, or email us.
2. What Information We Collect
Information you give us.
- Contact and inquiries: your name, email address, phone number and the content of messages you send through our forms or by email.
- Reservations: your name, email address, phone number, billing address, stay dates, site and party details, vehicle or RV details, and any notes or requests you give us.
- Payments: card payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive limited payment details, such as the card type, the last four digits and the payment status. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Phone calls: your phone number, the date, time and length of the call, and, where permitted by law, a recording and transcript of the call.
- Text messages: your mobile number and the content of messages you send us or we send you.
- Email: the content of emails you send us and our replies.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device type and operating system, the pages you view, the time you spend on the site, and the website or search terms that referred you.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Take, manage and confirm reservations, collect payments and issue refunds
- Send you messages about your stay, such as confirmations, arrival information and park notices
- Respond to your calls, texts, emails and inquiries, including through an automated AI assistant
- Review call recordings and transcripts for quality and to resolve questions or disputes
- Send marketing emails, only if you have opted in
- Understand how our website is used and improve our services
- Measure and improve our advertising
- Prevent fraud and comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations
4. Phone Calls and AI Assistance
Calls to our park may be recorded and transcribed where permitted by law. If a call may be recorded, we will tell you at the start of the call. Calls we cannot answer may be answered by an automated AI assistant. The AI assistant can answer questions and take messages, and, if you ask it to, it can look up, book, change or cancel your reservation. It will confirm the details with you before making any change, and you will receive a confirmation by text or email. If you believe the AI assistant made a mistake, contact us and we will correct it.
5. Who We Share Information With
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described below.
Service providers. We share information with companies that help us run our park and this website, only as needed for them to provide their services to us. These include providers of reservation and park management software, payment processing (Stripe), phone and text messaging, email, website hosting, analytics, advertising, and artificial intelligence tools that help us answer calls and messages. These providers may not use your information for their own purposes.
Analytics and advertising. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. We use advertising tools from Google and Meta that may collect information about your visits to this website, using cookies and tracking pixels, to measure our ads and show you ads on other websites. Depending on where you live, this may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under state law. See Section 8 to opt out.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our guests, our park or others.
6. Text Messages
By giving us your mobile number when you book a stay or contact us, you agree that Texas RV Park may send you text messages about your reservation and stay. These are service messages, not marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not cancel your reservation.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of information sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third party.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We use the following types of cookies and similar technologies:
- Functional cookies that make the website work, such as remembering your booking progress
- Analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use the site
- Advertising cookies and pixels from Google and Meta that measure our ads and show you relevant ads elsewhere
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the website, including booking, may not work properly without functional cookies.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information
- Get a copy of your information in a portable format
- Opt out of targeted advertising, “sharing,” and the sale of personal information
- Opt out of marketing emails, using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email

How to make a request. Email texasrvllc@gmail.com. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.
Opting out of targeted advertising. Email texasrvllc@gmail.com with the subject “Opt out.” We will stop using your information for targeted advertising within 15 business days.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing texasrvllc@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy appeal.” We will respond to your appeal within 60 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.
9. California Residents
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the rights listed in Section 8, including the right to know the categories of personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we share it with, all as described in this policy. We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising tools described in Section 5 may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, which you can opt out of as described in Section 8. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by law.
10. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. This includes keeping your reservation history so we can serve you on future stays, keeping payment and tax records to meet accounting and legal requirements, and keeping call recordings, transcripts and messages to answer questions and resolve disputes. When we no longer need information for these purposes, we delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as described in Section 8, and we will do so unless we are required by law to keep it.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. Card payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the “Last Updated” date at the top when we do. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the updated policy.
