Texas RV Park is a welcoming RV community located on 15 acres along Highway 198 in Mabank, Texas. With 117 spacious full-hookup RV sites featuring concrete pads and big-rig-friendly access, our park is an ideal destination for both short-term visitors and long-term residents. Guests enjoy a peaceful East Texas setting near Cedar Creek Lake, along with convenient amenities including Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, private bathrooms, a propane refill station, and pet-friendly features such as a dog park and dog wash station.

Our location places you close to some of East Texas’s most popular attractions. Spend your days fishing or boating at Cedar Creek Lake, exploring Canton’s famous First Monday Trade Days, or visiting the shops and attractions of nearby Athens. Very clean, Elizabeth is so very sweet. Large lots, clean restrooms, laundry room. Dog grooming and boarding on property. Just moved her will post pictures soon!

We stayed for a week, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The hosts were fantastic, Elizabeth and Larry were especially helpful and available for questions. The roads throughout the park are wide, and the lots are spacious, making it easy to get around and park. The restrooms and laundry facilities were always clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

This is one of my favorite RV parks I have stayed at. Spacious lots, covered areas, and privacy fenced on three sides. Perfect! Super awesome staff and sparkling clean facilities with even a dog wash on-site! Awesome. We will be back.

What a great up-and-coming place they are constantly developing this place making it better more user-friendly and the price is just absolutely exceptional. Management is wonderful. I haven’t met the owners, but I’m assuming by how good the property is being handled and the manager is the owners must be pretty good people too and dog parks and a dog wash
